Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using our Web Site and the Services. If you choose to continue to use or access this Web Site after having the opportunity to read these Terms, you recognize that R.I.S.E. has provided valuable consideration by offering this Web Site free of charge, and in exchange for that valuable consideration, you agree to the Terms hereof. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Web Site and exit immediately.

By making a Registration purchase I understand I am bound by all terms and conditions once completing my registration and any additional attendees registration I may purchase.

Terms of Service for The R.I.S.E Now NYC Recovery Conference:

1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for or attending The R.I.S.E. Now NYC Conference, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend the event.

2. Registration and Payment All attendees must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees in full before attending the event. Registration is non-transferable without prior written consent from the event organizers. Refunds will only be issued according to the refund policy outlined below.

3. Code of Conduct Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, speakers, and event staff. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without a refund.

4. Liability: The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk and are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety. Attendees are responsible for any damage, loss or destruction of hotel property, vendor equipment, or any other property or equipment for which the attendee is responsible.

5. Intellectual Property: All content presented at the event, including but not limited to speeches, presentations, and materials, is the intellectual property of the respective authors and presenters. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of any event content is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy: By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your contact information may be used to send you updates about the event and future events organized by R.I.S.E.

7. Photography and Videography The event may be recorded and photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant the event organizers permission to use your likeness in any media format without compensation.

8. Amendments The event organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email or through the event website.

9.Donations: All donations made to Fellowship Events, Inc. are voluntary and non-refundable charitable contributions. Donors acknowledge that no goods or services may be provided in exchange unless explicitly stated, and donations cannot be canceled or refunded once processed.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.

11. Contact Information For any questions or concerns regarding these Terms of Service, please contact us at risenownyc@gmail.com - Refund Policy Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of your paid registration will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. To request a refund, please contact us at Risenownyc@gmail.com with your registration details from your Zeffy receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request. No refunds, under any circumstances will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days of the date of your paid registration. At 7 days all registrations become fully non-refundable.

12. Any changes or transfer of registration requests must be made by by emailing Contact Risenownyc@gmail.com before May 25, 2027

13.Force Majeure / Event Changes - R.I.S.E. reserves the right to modify event details, including dates, locations, or programming, due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, travel disruptions, governmental actions, or safety considerations. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

“The Event reserves the right to execute unilateral rescission of any guest registration or contract prior to the event if the guest engages in conduct detrimental to the group environment. This includes, but is not limited to, the dissemination of malicious misinformation (gossiping), speaking and social media posting or issuing commentary of a negative or derogatory nature or intent towards R.I.S.E, it’s board, volunteers or crew members. Harassment of staff, or any behavior that undermines the operational harmony of the scheduled event. Such actions constitute a material breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.” 

***Binding Agreement: By proceeding with ANY booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated, as well as all additional terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase and those that may be updated on this site.
